Featured Installer Agreement

Effective May 30, 2026

This agreement ("Agreement") governs the Featured Installer upgrade offered by ampinstall.com ("we," "us," "our") to businesses listed in our EV charger installer directory ("you," "your").

1. What's Included

Upon payment of the one-time fee, you receive the following for your verified business listing:

Priority placement — Your listing appears before non-featured listings in your city's search results
Featured Installer badge — A visual badge on your listing indicating featured status
Live website link — Your website URL becomes clickable on your listing (if provided)
Photo uploads — Up to 3 photos of your work displayed on your listing
Business description — Editable description of your services and certifications
Lead alerts — Email notification when someone submits a quote request in your service area

2. Fee & Payment

The one-time fee for Featured Installer status is $47 USD. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees — you pay once and the featured status is permanent on your current listing.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you do not receive an increase in customer inquiries within 30 days of upgrading, we will refund your full payment. No questions asked, no hassle.

To request a refund, email hello@ampinstall.com within 30 days of purchase with your business name and payment receipt. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

During the 30-day evaluation period, your Featured Installer badge and priority placement remain active.

4. What's Not Included

Guaranteed number of leads or calls — we provide visibility, not results
Guaranteed page position number — priority means before non-featured listings, but other featured installers may also be listed
SEO or search engine ranking outside of ampinstall.com
Website development, hosting, or design services
Phone system, CRM, or lead management software

5. Your Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information (name, address, phone, website)
Maintain valid business licenses and insurance as required by your state
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
Not misuse the Featured Installer badge or misrepresent your services

6. Listing Accuracy

We source listing data from public directories and third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all listing information is current or error-free. As a Featured Installer, you may update your business information by emailing us.

7. Termination & Removal

We reserve the right to remove Featured Installer status and delist any business that:

Provides false or misleading information
Receives substantiated complaints from customers
Operates without required licenses or insurance
Violates applicable laws or regulations

In such cases, a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ampinstall.com is a directory service. We connect homeowners with service providers but are not party to any agreement between you and your customers. We are not liable for any damages arising from customer interactions, incomplete installations, or disputes between installers and customers.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Featured Installers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of Featured Installer status after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
